Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 18:00 (GMT) are processed the same business day (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery within the UK is 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This includes handling and transit time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been processed, cancellations or changes are not possible. However, you can contact us within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) of placing your order for assistance.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order directly on our website.
What if my shipment is damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, email us at support@mr-thornley.co.uk with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return your item within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked, as long as it meets our return conditions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please retain your shipping receipt with track & trace until your return has been processed.
How do I return an item?

- We’ll send you a return form and instructions.
- Pack the item securely, ensure original tags are intact, and include the return form.
What are the conditions for returns?
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition and packaging, with all tags attached
What items are not eligible for return?
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or are missing tags
How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we accept exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
What if I received the wrong item or a defective one?
